Solid communication skills, ability to write policy and procedures clearly. Ability to explain complicated concepts. Ability to teach.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills, analytical skills, ability to understand complex scenarios, solid understanding of payroll principles.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Solid understanding of all aspects of the field of Human Resources
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
SHRM or HRCI certification is recommended.

Sales Manager
Manage all sales personnel to assure all customers are given excellent service
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Give pricing guidance to customer service representatives and manager
- Manage the sales force to ensure good customer service
- Assist Customer Service Manager with decisions when there is a conflict between customer’s needs
- Monthly review commission reports and turn over to controller for payments
- Review all expense reports timely

Sales Representative
Manage accounts for increased sales and improved profitability
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage customer accounts as assigned or developed
- Turn in all expenses on a monthly basis for payment
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers
- Work closely with Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Manager to satisfy customer’s needs
- Work collaboratively with Prepress department to develop designs and samples to satisfy customer as well as increase productivity on the production floor

General Laborer - 2nd Shift
General helpers are required to be flexible in their assignments. They will be required to assist in a variety of departments and positions to fill vacancies as needed.

Accounting Assistant
Acts as receptionist and assists with and acts as a backup for all accounting functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Analysis of customer shipments and invoice generation including the invoice distribution
- Bill of lading receipt, inspection, and retention
- Daily intake, opening and sorting of incoming mail including labeling customer numbers on reviewing for signature on checks and checking post mark date in comparison to check date
- Receiving of incoming packages and delivery to designated party
- Perform all outgoing mailing activities including monitoring the postage meter together with mailing of, twice weekly, payables checks and appropriate remittance advice
- Invoice Urquhart Family LLC for postage usage as needed
- Assist all managers/departments with purchasing & receiving functions
- Miscellaneous purchasing for office and factory including office supplies, cleaning products and manufacturing supplies.
- Monthly review of Finished Good and Work in Progress inventory
- Monthly warehouse discrepancies review and adjustments
- Production and distribution of monthly customer statements
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statement
- Tracking of liability codes and cost to company
- Create reports on a quarterly basis to advise departments of liability money
- Perform all receptionist functions to include:
- Welcome all guests
- Sign in and out all guests
- Direct guests or contact proper person about arrival
- Answer phone
- Receive applications for employment
- Assist General Manager with any typing assignments or purchasing requests

2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for fixing all manufacturing equipment and doing periodic maintenance functions to avoid downtime. They are also responsible for the supporting equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- All maintenance mechanics will be directed by the Department Foreman
- Answer all requests for assistance by machine operators or department foremen
- Maintain all maintenance department equipment in working order
- Create and/or modify safety devices as directed by department foremen to create safe operations
- Maintain own tools in good working order
- Maintain safety in own operations as well as that of other workers
- Maintain all fork lifts in good and safe condition
- Maintain the tractors and trailers in good and safe condition
- Assignments as dictated by the Department Foreman
Education and/or Experience:
