Graphic Designer
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for pre-flighting all artwork.
- Responsible for communicating with customer for suggested improvements.
- Responsible for assessing lithographic art that will be converted by approved litho vendors.
- Responsible for managing the flow of orders to and from the litho vendors and print plate vendors.
- Responsible for quality checking incoming litho and print plates
- Manages direction of artwork either to direct print or to litho
- Other duties as assigned by Prepress Manager or designee
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
College education is desirable. Strong graphics background and knowledge of graphic software applications.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good communication skills are essential. Ability to explain complicated concepts related to converting graphics.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract fractions, ability to measure accurately and convert decimals to fractions and vice versa.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Thorough knowledge of all graphic software applications and ability to create art to satisfy customer demands as well as converting capabilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Typical requirements associated with office work. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, walk, etc. Acute color vision is essential. Ability to see clearly.

SALARY:

3rd Shift CDL A - Yard Person
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Yard Person is required to jockey trailers in the main yard.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Safely drive an 18 wheel tractor trailer connected to trailers of a variety of sizes.
- Move NEWW trailers as well as other trailers in and out of docks and storage areas as needed.
- Unload bales of product as needed.
- Help with fork lift duties as needed in the shipping area.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or foreman.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
No educational requirements. Must have the ability to follow direction and take an assigned task to completion. Must have experience and a good driving record handling 18 wheeled vehicles.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and employees of the company as well as with customers and receiving personnel at other companies.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
A most basic capability. Must be able to record numbers correctly.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Must be capable of entering computerized diaries and manual diary cards.
- Must be capable of reading a ruler and load tags.
- Must be efficient and safe manipulating controls on an industrial fork lift.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must pass a fork lift training class and demonstrate safe techniques on an industrial fork lift.
- Must hold a current CDL A license and have a good driving record.

Sales Manager
Manage all sales personnel to assure all customers are given excellent service
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Give pricing guidance to customer service representatives and manager
- Manage the sales force to ensure good customer service
- Assist Customer Service Manager with decisions when there is a conflict between customer’s needs
- Monthly review commission reports and turn over to controller for payments
- Review all expense reports timely
- Visit customers as needed
- Travel with sales people as needed
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager or designee
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of experience in corrugated
- College degree
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be an excellent communicator with well developed negotiating skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet to communicate
- Working knowledge of production equipment and plant capacity
- Proficient use of management information systems for corrugated

Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians - 2nd Shift
- The Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for fixing all manufacturing equipment and doing periodic maintenance functions to avoid downtime.
- They are also responsible for the supporting equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- All maintenance mechanics will be directed by the Department Foreman
- Answer all requests for assistance by machine operators or department foremen
- Maintain all maintenance department equipment in working order
- Create and/or modify safety devices as directed by department foremen to create safe operations
- Maintain own tools in good working order
- Maintain safety in own operations as well as that of other workers
- Maintain all fork lifts in good and safe condition
- Maintain the tractors and trailers in good and safe condition
- Assignments as dictated by the Department Foreman
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
No educational requirements. Must have the ability to follow direction and take an assigned task to completion.

General helpers are required to be flexible in their assignments. They will be required to assist in a variety of departments and positions to fill vacancies as needed.

- Assist in fork lift operations
- Assist in cleaning functions
- Painting, sweeping, shoveling, weeding, etc.
