Second Shift Supervisor
Supervise second shift shipping efforts. Assist in supervising crews running a variety of production equipment to convert corrugated sheets. Responsible for production, quality and safety aspects. Good communication skills, ability to inspire crews. Ability to interact with other supervisors. Corrugated or printing experience required. College degree preferable. Production supervision experience required.

NEWW is looking for an experienced packaging designer. Minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Proven skills in use of cad programs to create structural designs that are both sales effective and production friendly. Sound knowledge of industry standards as well as creativity in display and packaging to sell are needed. Knowledge of Artios Cad and strong organizational skills are needed. College degree is a plus. Must be familiar with corrugated converting equipment and its capabilities.
NEWW is looking for experienced production supervisors. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available. Proven skills in managing people, and knowledge of corrugated converting equipment are required. Positions also require attention to quality and safety.
Human Resources Manager
NEWW is starting a search for a Professional Human Resources Manager. This position requires a strong personality and solid experience in the world of Human Resources in a production environment. Areas of responsibility include all benefits administration, payroll, DOT, recruiting, safety, union negotiations and discipline. This position reports to the General Manager and is a strong support for the Production Manager. Experience with family owned and run business and union negotiations is needed.
PHR, SPHR,SHRM-SP or SHRM-SCP credentials are preferred.
